Parks Real Estate (now CompassRE) was the largest independently owned and operated brokerage in the Middle Tennessee region and carried a local legacy of nearly 50 years in business.
Challenge
Although Parks was well respected in the communities of Greater Nashville and in the local real estate industry, a growing number of new residents were unaware of our brand. With nationally recognized competitors like Keller Williams, Compass, Sotheby's, and Benchmark, we needed to demonstrate to new agents that Parks could compete with these brands and offer unique resources they could not.
Solution
Create a range of printed and digital recruitment materials that highlight Parks' key differentiators—personalized support, a competitive tech stack, and a strong network of top-producing agents. For each stage in the recruitment process and agent interest level, there would be a corresponding print or digital supplement.
Outcome
At the time of its acquisition in 2024, Parks had grown to hold the largest market share in the Greater Nashville market, with more than 1,500+ agents and 10 offices, out-competing national brands.
