Nashville has seen a population boom over the past decade, and with it, new micro-communities, businesses, and developments have emerged rapidly. While homebuyers were most likely to begin their home search online, our agents wanted to play a larger, more hands-on role in the relocation process.

Solution
Create a range of neighborhood guides inspired by the travel guides one might find at a visitor center of a tourist attraction. The guides would be divided by county and include a map of the area, information about the residential characteristics of popular neighborhoods, and a list of well-known neighborhood hot-spots or attractions.
Outcome
Our neighborhood guides gave our agents a memorable way to introduce their clients to the Greater Nashville area and helped reinforce our objective of being local market experts.
